# Eduardo Duccigne — Designer > Eduardo Duccigne is a Brazilian designer with over 20 years of experience in digital product design and branding, most of that time inside startups. Currently Design Lead at Liora, a Brazilian energy fintech founded in 2024. AI runs through his process from beginning to end, which brought him back to the code: he works inside the repositories next to the engineering teams, and his deliverables arrive as pull requests rather than screens and prototypes alone. Based in São Paulo, Brazil. Open to design projects. ## Site structure English is the default language and sits unprefixed at the root; Portuguese lives under /pt/. Every page exists in both. - English: https://eduardoduccigne.co - Portuguese: https://eduardoduccigne.co/pt/ ## About Eduardo Duccigne — Edu to most people — was born and raised in Campo Grande, MS, and has lived in São Paulo since 2011. He holds a degree in Design from Universidade Católica Dom Bosco (graduated 2006). He speaks Portuguese and English. He has always worked in digital product, and much of that has happened inside startups: more than a decade all together, six years of it at Enjoei, where he was there from the seed round through to a R$ 1.13 billion IPO on B3. That path broadened his range and led him to lead Design across whole companies, without letting go of the craft. AI transformed his process from beginning to end and brought him back to the code. He works inside repositories, next to the engineering teams, and what he hands over no longer stops at the screen — it goes all the way to the pull request. Alongside that he runs personal projects across design and technology, and always keeps room for one from outside. ## What he does Ordered by how much of the work each one actually is, not alphabetically. - **Product Design**: End-to-end design for apps, platforms and digital products — from the problem through wireframes and prototypes to final UI, and increasingly through to the implementation. - **Branding**: Brand creation and visual identity — marks, visual systems, guidelines. - **Prototyping**: Working prototypes used to decide, not to present. - **AI-Assisted Development**: AI across the whole process, from exploration to shipped code, working inside the repository alongside engineering. - **Art Direction**: Direction for campaigns, social pieces and communications beyond the product surface. - **Visual Design**: Typography, layout, composition and the detail almost no one will notice. ## Professional Experience ### Liora — Design Lead (2026–Present) Liora is a Brazilian energy fintech founded in 2024, working to unlock the power of energy in Brazil.
